JULIANA - Frederick Manager
Juliana is a feisty Colombian who loves her family, fashion, and talking to people. She just moved from Miami and is in love with Maryland! Her passion is styling, merchandising and creating displays. One of her favorite hobbies is rearranging everything by color, shape, and size (I know, How fun)
Juliana also enjoys spending time with her family and discovering places to eat since her other passion is food!
Come and visit! Juliana will style you up in a heartbeat, and please don't worry about messing everything up. She loves tidying up a mess!
GINA - Greenville Manager
Gina has been with the West Federal family for 8 years working as the Manager at our sister store Lou Lou. She recently moved a few doors over to Brick to open our newest location. Gina is excited to start this new venture with Brick and Mortar.

SAMANTHA - Leesburg Manager
Samantha isn’t meant to be a people person, but for some reason customers like her, even when she makes fun of them.
Come summertime, Samantha will most likely force her homegrown cucumbers and homemade pickles upon her favorite customers.
If you catch her in our Leesburg store, be sure to come armed with your best dirty joke. If she hasn’t heard it before or it offends her (not likely), she’ll buy you a drink.
CASEY - Middleburg Manager
Casey's absolute favorite thing to do is chat about the history of our products — If you start looking at a product she’ll tell you every little detail about it, even if you didn’t ask. Don't get her started on craft beers, you'll be there all day!
When she isn't entertaining customers, Casey can be found in a tent in the wilderness or relaxing on the couch with her adorable dog and two incredibly fat cats. Casey is always up for an adventure, most of them leading her to local breweries and amazing food. Stop in our newly opened boutique in Downtown Middleburg for a good time and to say hello!
MORGAN - Richmond Manager
Meet our newest Brick and Mortar Manager! Morgan was born and raised in Richmond Virginia. She is an energetic go getter and lives for making life and work fun. Morgan loves getting outdoors any time she can, spending days hiking in the mountains or chilling by the river in the summertime. She is also a big fan of concerts and live music, dogs of all shapes and sizes, and football (Go Birds). She got married to her husband in 2023, and lives with him, his 6 year old son, and their 2 dogs Kal and Joni.
